All ANDIZ wheel components have passed stringent quality control processes and are in pristine condition. As a leader in precision wheel building, we stand behind our products and commitment to quality – and we want YOU to have the same confidence and enjoy the unparalleled riding experience to the fullest. That’s why we are offering a 24-month manufacturing defect warranty for all our carbon fiber rims for the original owner from the date of purchase. We also offer a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty on our hubs and spokes. Manufacturing defect warranty is covered directly from the original component manufacturer.

If you are the original owner of our carbon fiber rims built by us onto our own supplied hubs and spokes and notice any manufacturing defects on the carbon rim, hub or spokes within the warranty period, you should-

1) Immediately stop riding until the safety risk has been properly assessed by us.

2) Contact AndizWheelz@gmail.com and provide any necessary details for an assessment. Once it is determined that the product is no longer safe to use due to a manufacturing defect, a replacement product will be issued.

Manufacturing defect warranty does not apply to wear items such as bearings and rim braking surfaces or crash replacements, negligence or intentional damage.

CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY

We hope you will never have to contact us regarding this. However, in the event of an unfortunate crash, we offer a one-time 25% discount on all our carbon rims. Rebuilding labour is charged at 300AED per wheel.

Please contact AndizWheelz@gmail.com to place a crash replacement order on our carbon rims and be prepared to provide any necessary evidence. This applies for one week after the incident.
